I loved vanilla blueberry muffins when I used to consume wheat, but soon after I was diagnosed with Celiac spruce I couldn't find a GF flour mix that would create a muffin that would taste superior and be as fluffy as the wheat ones. This product produces breads and muffins with fantastic consistency but the bean taste is as well robust. For vanilla cupcakes, I have to use AF's garfava.
