Buyer Critiques


This mix saved my life. Immediately after getting diagnosed with celiac illness, I tried all the "superb" gluten-free bread machine recipes I could get (I am awful at baking bread by hand). They had been all uniformly and unequivocally TERRIBLE. They were dense, did not rise adequately, caved in at the top or sides, etc and so on etc. They also all tasted quite gluten-absolutely free.

I've just made my initially loaf. This bread has superb flavor and texture: nice and spongy, not grainy like rice flour breads.
