This is one of the better gluten totally free crusts I've tried. I favor it to all the pre-made crusts. It takes some prep time, but the slightly doughy texture is effectively worth the wait. It is really good, if not much better, than crust I've had in gluten free of charge pizzerias.
Followed the directions to a the letter and ended up with a ridiculously sticky mess that had to be thrown out.
