I place my pizza ingredients on this crust with fairly low expectations immediately after possessing another brand that was okay but too sweet for my liking. I was pleasantly surprised by the taste and the texture of this good crust and am grateful to be able to now delight in my own gluten absolutely free pizza when creating homemade dough for the crust our family has enjoyed for years. I was especially excited to get a pre-created gluten and egg totally free pizza crust to send to my daughter's preschool for days when they had been producing pizza. I glanced at the ingredients and they sound friendly enough: filtered water, white rice flour, tapioca flour, soy oil, soy flour, raw cane sugar, yeast, chia seeds, salt, spices.
I guess "spices" can mean "Fresh parsley, basil and roasted garlic," which is fine, if your child is not sensitive to garlic as well. The rest of the ingredients are just written next to the nutrition details. Oh effectively, I guess I didn't want her to be eating soy anyway, so it is no big loss. I can make a pizza crust to freeze, readily enough.
