Consumer Evaluations
I can not think there are only two testimonials for this item.
This pizza crust is just wonderful. I created 1 pizza according to package directions (it makes 2 large crusts) and with the left over dough I made some pizza rolls for the youngsters and a calzone for my husband. You can roll this out with ease, fill it, seal it etc. The children loved the pizza rolls, my husband raved over the crispiness of the crust on his calzone and my pizza was excellent.
Incorporates the yeast packet and xanthan gum. Requires egg, oil, water, cider vinegar, and sugar (which is optional). Simple to make, very easy to roll, exceptionally tasty.
This pizza crust is uncomplicated to make and has a fantastic taste. If you favor a softer kind crust, you do not have to bake the crust prior to adding sauce and toppings. Rather, just after letting it rest for 15-30 minutes, add your sauce and toppings and bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes. Turns out awesome and both my husband and I believe it tastes improved this way, a small much less chewy.
