I mix a half a bottle of this sauce with a can of Campbell's healthy request condensed cream of chicken soup plus a small skim milk. I add diced cooked chicken, steamed broccoli or steamed cauliflower. Season to taste and heat via and serve on Ronzoni Wise Pasta or Ronzoni Healthy Harvest Pasta. Lots of times I will also add some low sodium chicken bouillon to the recipe.
I've even served the recipe above to corporation - which includes loved ones who would have NO qualms telling me it was awful and even they thought it wasn't poor.
I have to admit, I'm not wild about this as it comes out of the jar. I do feel it demands to be "doctored" up and you totally won't mistake this for the yummy chicken fettucini you can get at a nice restaurant but if you are watching calories/carbs or on a restricted diet program then this is not a undesirable alternative.

I actually like Walden farms calorie cost-free fruit dips and salad dressings, so was excited to give this a attempt. It was disappointing. This sauce is thin and fairly bland. It is edible with a small operate (salt, pepper, spices) but I don't believe I will be shopping for this 1 once again. It may possibly be excellent to mix 50/50 with a true sauce to Lower the calories, but as is I just did not care for it. I will say that ate it on shirataki fettuccine noodles, which do not have substantially flavor so that could have been part of the issue. This would almost certainly be great implemented in a chicken bake or a thing (would nonetheless have to have to add some salt and pepper tho)
